Here's what you'll need:

1) Salmon Fillet, whatever size you want to eat.
2) Spinach
3) Butter/ margarine /oil
4) Crème Fraîche/ greek yogurt/ sour cream
5) Half a lemon
6) Capers (optional)
7) Parsley
Depending on your preference, you can remove the skin from the fish.
How to cook:
1) Oil up the pan with your choice of oil. Butter is recommended.
2) Place the skin, or one side of the salmon on to the pan.
3) After 3 - 4min, use a pair of tongs to flip the salmon onto its side.
4) Repeat step 3 until the salmon has a nice brown, charred look.
5) Place the salmon onto a sheet of paper towel, to dry of excess oil.
6) Using the same pan, place the spinach (thawed or fresh) and stir it.
7) Cover the spinach to keep the freshness of the spinaches.
8) Plate your dish with the spinach.
9) To the same pan, add more oil, 3-4 tbsp of crème fraîche, parsley and some capers.
10) Stir the mixture continuously at low to medium heat to allow the crème fraîche (or it's replacement) to mix into the oil and give it a liquid form to drape on the salmon.
11) Place salmon on the spinach, and pour the crème fraîche sauce on top of the salmon.
