Dalgona Coffee

The recent craze over this type of café latte.

Things you'll need:

1) Coffee powder ( I used Nescafé Gold Blend)

2) Sugar

3) Hot water

4) Milk

Equipment to help:

1) Mixer

How to make:

1) In a mixing bowl, add an equal proportion of coffee powder and sugar.

2) Add just enough hot water to the mixing bowl, such that the coffee is just submerged.

3) Using the mixer, or a whisk, start mixing the coffee.

Mix the coffee in a circular motion ( if using the whisk).

4) In a serving glass, add 2 - 3 ice cubes and pour milk until 3/4 glass is filled.

5) When the coffee is thick like peanut butter, scoop out the coffee into the glass with the milk.

6) Dalgona coffee is served.
